Clay Mitman is one of the premier real estate agents in the Lehigh Valley region. His name is synonymous with professionalism, integrity and customer satisfaction. Biography:

Clay R. Mitman joined the Sales Department of Prudential Paul Ford, Realtors in 1983, and became an Associate Broker in 1986, Assistant Sales Manager in 1989, Vice President in 1991, and President in 1993. The Paul Ford Agency has been in Easton since 1910.

Education and Certifications:

Clay is a graduate of Susquehanna University, Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, with Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Clay is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI), a Certified Relocation Specialist (CRP), a Certified Residential Broker (CRB), and has participated in extensive continuous education through the Associations of Realtors and Prudential Real Estate Affiliates.

Memberships and Awards:

His memberships include the Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Clay is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors. He has been a past President of the LV Board in 1992-1993, Chair of the Realtors Grievance Committee in 1989 and Chair of the Professional Standards Committee in 1991. On the state level, Clay has received the select PAR Excellence award for outstanding performance since 1987 and is now one of the few Pennsylvania Realtors to have attained life membership. He has also received national recognition through the company’s franchise affiliation with The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, having been a continuous award winner of the President’s Circle since 1990 and the Chairman’s Circle since 1994.

Community Service:

Clay has been very involved throughout his lifetime in the community of Easton and its surrounding region. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Two Rivers Area Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Directors and as Treasurer of Historic Easton, Inc., past board member of Bachmann House Tavern and the Easton Heritage Alliance. He is currently the President of the Board of Directors of the historic State Theatre, a restored theatre operating as a non-profit organization in Downtown Easton. He is also a member of the Board of the Greater Easton Development Partnership.

Personal:

Clay and his wife, Elizabeth, have four children, Katie, Clay, Christopher and Amy, and reside on College Hill, where Clay has been a life-long resident.
